Surfside On The Lake
Surfside is an independent, family owned and operated resort located in upstate New York. Our unique property is happily nestled in the Adirondacks and located directly on the shores of Lake George. Whether you are on vacation or away on business in Lake George, you will find comfort in all of our different room types. Surfside is a 154 room resort with 41 Suites, some with two bedrooms.
Many of our rooms have a view of Lake George or are lake front with private balconies. The standard rooms (no view of the lake or pool area) are only a short walk to the beach or pool. Surfside has a private 233′ sandy beach with BBQ grills and children’s playground, an outdoor heated pool (in season), a 1,200 sq ft boardwalk deck, and a 2,500 sq ft 2-level relaxation deck all with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake George. These spaces are all furnished with Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, picnic tables, and benches. The property is within walking distance to Lake George Village, shops, dining and attractions. NOTE: not all amenities may be open/available during this early season faire.

Is there parking available? Yes, on-site for guests of the resort only, and on the many streets adjacent to the resort.
Can I bring my pet? Sorry, no pets are allowed at this time.
Is there food and beverage available? Yes, course! There is an in-house cafe/restaurant and several bars serving all kinds of food and beverage.
Are outside food/beverages allowed: in your guest room only, you cannot bring containers into the faire areas, you have to use the resort provided containers. No outside containers will be permitted to enter the property if you are walking in from another location.
What about being searched? Yes, there's only one entry point to the property at check in. ALL bags and persons will be searched for weapons and containers. Sorry.
Can we smoke at this event? Yes, but only at designated smoking areas outside.
How can we pay for things? Cash is not imaginary, so that works! Many vendors accept cards, the resort accepts cash, credit, debit. There is an ATM on property as well in the main lobby.
Age restrictions at all? Yes, Friday and Saturday are 21+ only with positive ID. Sunday is all ages.
Is there accessibility support for attendees with disabilities? Yes, the entire resort is accessible, and we're here to help too if needed!
What should I do if I lose my wristband or ticket? Advance ticket purchase will put your name on a list. Verify with your photo ID to enter!
Can I bring a camera or recording device? Phones are allowed, no regular cameras, we have pros for that!
What should I do if I need medical assistance during the festival? Security team members are on site and available to help. If it's MAJOR, call 911 immediately!
If am not staying at the resort, are there lockers? Sorry, no lockers, travel light!
